Insurance Coverage
Eternal Life Counselling offers online psychotherapy services across Ontario provided by a Registered Social Worker.
Session fees are as follows:
- Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $180
- Youth Therapy (50 minutes): $180
- Couples Therapy (50 minutes): $200
All sessions are held virtually through a secure, confidential platform.
Payment is due at the end of your session and can be made by e-transfer or credit card. Invoices are provided after each session.

Insurance Coverage
Services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) are often covered by extended health insurance plans in Ontario.
Many clients are able to seek reimbursement through plans that include coverage for:
- Social Work
- Psychotherapy
- Mental Health Services
Coverage varies by provider and plan, so it’s recommended that you confirm the details directly with your insurance company. Invoices include all information typically required for reimbursement.
Please note: Eternal Life Counselling does not offer direct billing to insurance providers at this time.
Sliding Scale & Accessibility
A limited number of sliding-scale spaces may be available depending on current capacity. If financial accessibility is a concern, you’re welcome to inquire during your consultation.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Your session time is reserved especially for you.
To support a respectful and sustainable practice:
- At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee
